Everywhere Else Tennessee is a conference focused on helping entrepreneurs and startups tackle the challenges of starting up outside Silicon Valley. The event is expecting a sellout crowd of 300 for its second annual event Wednesday through Friday in Memphis.
The event will feature more than 30 speakers, including Jim McKelvey, co-founder of Square; Paul Singh, founder of Disruption Corporation and Crystal Tech Fund; and Nicole Glaros, managing director of Techstars. Also parties take place each night, including a Beale Street Bar Hop and Memphis Disco Night.
Ten startups will participate in a Startup Avenue, plus a competition judged by a panel of venture capitalists and angels for the title of Heavyweight Champion. Investor companies in attendance include Andreessen Horowitz, Betaworks and 500 Startups.
Y’all Connect Presented by Alabama Power is an event partner, and our fans can still receive 20 percent off tickets ($275) by using discount code YALL.
