In case you hadn’t noticed, the Internet is full of nerds. Full of ’em.
Some of those nerds (like me) love a good yarn, such as the short-lived sci-fi/western series “Firefly.”
When Y’all Connect keynote speaker Ike Pigott detected an unhappy soul in the ‘verse, he sprang into action. He used a common interest, “Firefly,” to connect with a stranger commenting on Twitter about Alabama Power. It’s customer service with a human touch via social media.
