It has come to our attention that the Hotel Highland has been responsible for several billing issues with our guests during Y’all Connect 2014. We have worked with hotel personnel to attempt to resolve this issue and continue to pursue the matter.

If you stayed at the Hotel Highland for our conference, please check your bill and credit card statement. Contact me, Wade Kwon, immediately if you discover any problems with your bill so that I may resolve it quickly.
