JAMES BROWN JOINS Y’ALL CONNECT
AS VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Y’all Connect Presented by Alabama Power has hired James Brown as Volunteer Coordinator.
In his new role with the annual marketing conference, Brown will recruit and train volunteers and oversee event hospitality.
“We’re lucky to have James work with us for 2016,” said conference organizer Wade Kwon. “He brings so much experience and energy to our event.”
Brown works at Infinity Insurance as a claims adjuster.
The team is already working on the fourth annual event, set for June 10 at the BJCC East Meeting Rooms in Birmingham. Speakers will be announced in early 2016.
More than 600 people from across America have attended, with presentations from 26 speakers on digital marketing. Tickets are $129, which includes the conference, closing party, two meals and more.
Wade Kwon Consulting is the force behind Y’all Connect. Kwon is a Birmingham native and communications consultant, voted both best blogger and tweeter in town.
